The short answer is 'No.' There is only 'safer sex.' For sexually transmitted diseases, using a condom will reduce your risk TREMENDOUSLY, but will not make it disappear. As for getting pregnant.
Condoms have a 12% failure rate. If that's all you use- you're looking at a 1 in 10 ch ance of getting pregnant. Is that safer? Is that safe? For pregnancy.

Use multiple methods. It will decrease your chances of getting pregnant greatly. Diaphragm, pull-out, condom, spermicide, the pill, Fertility Awareness Method, etc. Use as many as you can, and you will be 'safer.' There is no such thing as 'safe sex.' COndoms break way to much. Condoms can come off.
Trust me trying to get a condom out of vaginal cavity is not easy or fun. No there is no 100% safe sex condoms do provide a lesser chance of contracting diseases and getting pregnant but diseases such as herpes can still be transmitted even with the use of a condom so please be extremely careful with the choices that you make concerning your partner and the methods of protection you use hope this helps, good luck, and GOD BLESS!!! N An alternative way to start Microsoft Windows such that only a minimal set of software components ( drivers and background processes) are loaded, making it easier to diagnose problems. Safe mode loads a standard low resolution video driver and does not support connection to the Internet.
NSafe-mode is a diagnostic mode in windows to be used if you are having problems with windows. It loads only a few basic drivers so it is not as likely to crash or hang so hopefully you can start up windows and fix the problem. NFor instance, if your screen goes blank and you can't get it back or the computer crashes every time you start it up - you may be able to start windows in safe mode and it won't go blank, crash or whatever its doing. When you get windows up again in safe-mode you can try using system-restore or some other utility to try and fix the problem.
You could also try to uninstall something you just installed, there are many other things you could do as well. NOn most computers you get into safe-mode by hitting F8 just after you reboot but I have seen it F10 on some computers. Though the FDA approved the use of Splenda as a sweetener in foodsand some claim it is the perfect sugar substitute, others claim itis unsafe and has more in common with pesicides than table sugar.Though it is considered 'natural,' the term natural has no meaningwhen used on food labels, so that is misleading. Splenda is thetrade name for sucralose, a synthetic (man made) compounddiscovered in 1976 by scientists in Britain who were seeking a newpesticide formulation. While it is true that the Splenda moleculestarts out as sucrose, three of its hydroxyl groups have beenreplaced by three chlorine atoms. The truth is, the safety of Spenda (sucralose) is not yet known.More studies are needed to determine its safety, especiallylong-term safety. For more information, please visit the Related Link below.
